We mail it by USPS Every Door Direct Mail on routes chosen for single-family, owner-occupied homes. ### Will my competitor be on the same card or board? No. There is only one business per category on every Community Postcard and every Community Board. ### What size is the postcard? 6.5 x 12 inches, full color and glossy, shared by up to 16 local businesses. ### What custom apparel do you offer? Custom t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, polos and work wear, hats, and team or event uniforms. Pricing is by quote. ### Do I need a mailing list for direct mail? No. With USPS Every Door Direct Mail we mail to every address on the routes we plan with you. Solo campaigns are priced by quote. ### What is the difference between a solo mailing and the Community Postcard? A solo mailing is a postcard of your own on routes you choose, priced by quote. The Community Postcard shares the cost with up to 15 other businesses, one per category, from $249. ### What is included in the Spotlight System? A 10 to 20 page website built for local search, missed-call text-back, instant text replies to web leads, automated review requests, referral campaigns, on-site SEO, and one inbox with a business phone number, for $249 per month. ### Do you filter out negative reviews? No. Review requests go to every customer, and we do not filter or block negative reviews. ### What is the free Google Visibility Report? A free report for any local business that shows how visible you are on Google. Request one from the Digital Marketing page. FAQ ## Pricing and Payment ### How do I pay? By card or ACH when you reserve. Spots are first come, first served and are not held without payment. ### How long does a board ad run? 12 months. A board spot is $600 per year or $60 per month, with design, a QR code, printing, installation and upkeep included. ### Is there a contract for digital marketing? No long-term contract. The Spotlight System is $249 per month, Growth starts at $449 per month and Dominate starts at $949 per month. ### How much does a Community Postcard spot cost? A single spot is $249, a double spot is $449, a 3-run pack (same spot in 3 mailings) is $649, and the back panel anchor spot is $1,200. ### Does it cost anything to host a board? No. Hosting is free. We design, build, install and maintain the board. ### How much does printing cost? Printing is priced by quote. Tell us the product and quantity and we will send a quote. Design help is available. ### Is Google Ads spend included in the Dominate plan? No. Ad spend is separate. Dominate starts at $949 per month for management, landing pages, AI web chat and online booking on top of Growth. ### How much is Google Business Profile setup? $199 one time for setup and optimization, including service-area settings that keep your home address hidden. ### Which plan includes Local Services Ads? The Growth plan, from $449 per month, includes Local Services Ads management along with local SEO, GBP posting and a monthly report. ### How much does a custom website cost? Custom website design is priced by quote. If you want a website with automations built in, the Spotlight System includes a 10 to 20 page site for $249 per month. FAQ ## How It Works ### Do I need my own design? No. Professional ad design is included, and you approve the proof before anything is printed. You just send your logo, offer and contact details. ### Can I track results? Yes. Each ad can carry a QR code and a unique offer, so you can see scans and know which calls came from the card or board. ### When does the next postcard mail? Contact us for the next mail date and open categories. The current edition is Draper. ### What do I need to send you? Just your logo, your offer and your contact details. We handle design, printing and mailing. ### How long does it take to set up the Spotlight System? We build it in 7 to 10 days after a 20-minute demo call, then walk you through it on a 25-minute launch call. FAQ ## Service Areas ### Which cities get the Community Postcard? Draper, Sandy and Cottonwood Heights. Each city has its own edition and its own open categories, so a Sandy spot is separate from a Draper spot. ### Where are the Community Boards? Inside high-foot-traffic local restaurants and businesses in Taylorsville, West Jordan and nearby Salt Lake Valley cities. We are signing host locations now and confirm placement with you. ### Do you print for businesses outside Salt Lake City? Yes. We serve Draper, Sandy, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Murray, Midvale, Holladay, West Jordan, Taylorsville and the rest of Salt Lake County. ### Do you do local SEO for businesses in Cottonwood Heights, Midvale and Holladay? Yes. We do local SEO for businesses across Salt Lake County, including Cottonwood Heights, Midvale and Holladay.
