## Step by step

Claiming a spot on a

Community Board

[/community-boards/ →](/community-boards/)

is simple, and you don’t have to manage anything once your ad is up. Here’s what to expect from the moment you reach out.

## Step 1: We check your category

There is only one business per category on each board. The first thing we do is confirm your category is open, so no competitor shares the board with you. If it’s taken on one board, we’ll talk about other placements.

## Step 2: We talk through placement

We’re currently signing host locations, high-foot-traffic restaurants and local businesses in Taylorsville, West Jordan and nearby Salt Lake Valley cities. We don’t publish host names or board counts on the website. Instead, we confirm placement with you directly, so you know where your ad will hang.

## Step 3: We design your ad

Design is included. Send your logo, a short message or offer and your contact details. We design an ad that fits the board, reads well from a booth or a line, and carries a **QR code**. Decide where the code should point: your website, a booking page, or an offer that only appears on the board.

## Step 4: You approve it

We send you a proof. Check the phone number, the offer and the QR link. Ask for changes if anything’s off. Nothing prints until you say so.

## Step 5: We print, install and maintain

We print the board and install it at the host location. For the full 12 months, we maintain it. You never have to visit the venue, fix anything or swap anything out.

| Step | Who handles it |
| --- | --- |
| Category check | We do |
| Placement | We confirm it with you |
| Ad design with QR code | We do, included |
| Approval | You do |
| Print, install, upkeep | We do, for 12 months |
| Payment ($600/yr or $60/mo) | You choose the option |

> **Tip: make the QR code worth scanning**
>
> A code that leads to a clear offer or an easy booking page gets more scans than one that drops people on a busy homepage.

## While your ad is up

Track the QR scans and ask new customers where they heard about you. That’s how you’ll know

what the board brings in

. If you get calls you can’t answer on the spot,

sends an automatic text so the lead doesn’t go cold.

## What to send us for your board ad

To design your ad, we’ll need:

- **Your logo**, ideally the original file. A clear image works to start.
- **One line about what you do**, in plain words.
- **Your offer or main message**, like a first-visit discount or a free estimate.
- **Your phone number and website.**
- **Where the QR code should point**: a booking page, an offer page or your site.

The fewer words, the better. Board ads are read from a few steps away.

## While the board is up

Once your ad is on the wall, here’s how to make the most of the 12 months:

- **Keep the QR destination working.** If you change your website, let us know so the code still lands somewhere useful.
- **Honor your offer** for as long as it’s on the board.
- **Track responses.** Note scans and ask new customers where they heard about you.
- **Answer quickly.** People who scan often expect a fast reply.

## If something changes

If your phone number, offer or business details change during your term, contact us. We’ll talk through options for updating your ad.

## Common questions after claiming a spot

**Will I know which venue my ad is in?** Yes. We confirm placement with you directly.

**Will my competitor be on the same board?** No. One business per category on each board.

**Do I need to visit the venue?** No. We handle installation and upkeep.

**What does it cost again?** $600 per year or $60 per month for the 12-month spot, with design, QR code, printing, installation and upkeep included.
