Common Brochures Problems We Solve
Too much to say for one card
Customers ask the same questions on every call. A folded brochure answers them before the phone rings.
Handouts that look thrown together
Mismatched sheets make a good business look small. A clean, designed brochure looks like you take the work seriously.
Nothing to leave behind
After a quote or a visit, customers forget details. A brochure stays on the counter or the fridge.
How Brochures Works
When you have more to explain than a flyer can hold, a folded brochure gives customers your full service menu to take home. Design help is available and pricing is by quote.
What a brochure is good for
A brochure works as a service menu and a leave-behind. Dentists and chiropractors keep them at the front desk. Contractors leave them on the kitchen island after an estimate. Auto shops put them in the waiting area. They let a customer read about everything you offer, on their own time.
Tri-fold or bi-fold
A tri-fold folds into three panels on each side, six in total, and fits standard display racks. It’s the most common format. A bi-fold folds once, giving you larger panels, which works well for photos or a step-by-step process. Either way, good panel layout gives each panel one job: the cover invites them in, the inside explains, the back tells them how to reach you.
Paper and folding
Paper weight affects both feel and folding. Heavier paper is scored before folding so the creases stay crisp instead of cracking. We print in CMYK color and confirm paper options when we quote.
Brochure, flyer or rack card?
If you only have one offer, a flyer is simpler. If you need something for a display rack, a rack card might fit. If you need to explain several services, a brochure is the right piece. Our guide, flyers vs rack cards vs brochures, compares all three.
Common problems we solve
“Customers don’t know everything we do.” A brochure lays out your full menu.
“Our old brochure is cluttered.” We reorganize it so each panel has one job.
“I don’t know where to start.” Send us your service list and logo. We’ll help with the rest.
