Reaching Draper Homeowners Without a Solo-Mailer Bill

One ZIP, Two Counties, 15,000 Households

You want homeowners here to know your name, but printing and mailing to the whole ZIP on your own is a big bill for a single drop.

Why it happens here: The 2020 census counted 15,007 households in the city, and ZIP 84020 runs past Point of the Mountain into Utah County.

What we do: The Community Postcard mails 2,500 homes per edition on owner-occupied carrier routes, so you pay a single spot price. Need wider reach? A solo EDDM mailing covers the routes you pick.

Your mailer sits next to a competitor

On a shared mailer, a rival can sit right next to you. On the Community Postcard, only one business per category appears.

Solo mailings cost too much to test

Splitting an oversized card across up to 16 businesses keeps a single spot from $249.

No time to design and print

Ad design is free, you approve the proof, and we print and mail it.

How the Edition Works

The Draper Edition, Route by Route

Draper is the current Community Postcard edition. We mail a 6.5 x 12 inch full-color glossy card by USPS Every Door Direct Mail to 2,500 homes, on carrier routes chosen for single-family, owner-occupied homes.

Each edition goes to 2,500 homes. We build the list from USPS carrier routes and pick routes that are mostly single-family, owner-occupied homes, the households that hire roofers, landscapers, painters, dentists and the other businesses on the card.

Because EDDM delivers to every address on a route, you do not need a mailing list. The oversized 6.5 x 12 inch card lands with the day's mail and stands out from letters and bills.

You send your logo, your offer and your contact details. We design your ad for free, you approve the proof, and then we print and mail.

Why SLC Spotlight

Why Owners Pick a Shared Card Over a Solo Mailer

Why Hillside Homeowners Notice Local Ads

Hillside homes near Corner Canyon and older streets near the historic center both need the same things: yard care, repairs, a good dentist, a reliable mechanic. A postcard that lists trusted local options in one place is easy to keep on the counter or pin to the fridge.

Want those homeowners to find you on Google too? Pair your spot with our local SEO page for this city. The mailbox gets your name seen, and search helps them find you again when they are ready.

  • Only one business per category on this card, so no competitor sits next to your ad.
  • Routes are chosen for single-family, owner-occupied homes, the people who hire local service businesses.
  • Professional ad design is free, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.
  • A QR code and a trackable offer on your ad help you see what the card brings in.
  • Clear published prices: $249 single, $449 double, $649 for 3 runs, $1,200 for the back panel.
  • You work directly with Tyler, a local owner, not a call center.
Areas We Cover

Neighborhoods, Landmarks and Routes

The Draper edition is open now. The city stayed a small farming town until the late 1990s, then grew from 7,257 people in 1990 to 51,017 in 2020, so most routes run past newer single-family homes on the hillsides plus older streets near the Draper Historic District.

That mix suits the businesses on the card. Owners of newer homes in Corner Canyon and Traverse Ridge need yard care, window coverings and fencing, while owners near the historic center hire roofers, painters and plumbers.

Every route comes from ZIP 84020, and we pick owner-occupied carrier routes inside it rather than mailing the whole ZIP.

Neighborhoods near the routes
  • Corner Canyon
  • Traverse Ridge
  • South Mountain
  • Draper Historic District
  • Point of the Mountain
  • Draper Town Center area
  • Kimballs Lane area

ZIP codes we cover: 84020

Local landmarks

Draper Historic Park • Corner Canyon • Draper Amphitheater • Draper Library • IKEA Draper

Getting around

I-15 runs past Point of the Mountain, TRAX stops at Draper Town Center and Kimballs Lane, and FrontRunner stops at Draper station.

Questions, Answered

Draper Postcard Questions Answered

How many Draper homes get each edition?

2,500 homes per edition, out of the 15,007 households the 2020 census counted in the city. We pick USPS carrier routes that are mostly single-family, owner-occupied homes.

Do the routes reach Corner Canyon and Traverse Ridge?

Routes favor owner-occupied neighborhoods like Corner Canyon and Traverse Ridge, but they are set fresh for each edition. Ask which streets are on the next mailing before you reserve.

Does the card go to the Utah County side of ZIP 84020?

ZIP 84020 crosses the county line at Point of the Mountain, and we choose carrier routes rather than mailing the whole ZIP. Tell us where most of your customers live and we will tell you how the next routes line up.

Is my category open on the current card right now?

Each card holds one business per category. Call or send the form and we will check the current edition and give you the next mail date before you pay.

Can I add a solo mailing to streets the shared card skips?

Yes. A solo EDDM mailing reaches carrier routes you choose, priced by quote, so you can cover streets near Kimballs Lane or South Mountain that are not on the next shared run.
