Common Postcards Problems We Solve
Your mailer sits next to a competitor
On a shared mailer, a rival can sit right next to you. On the Community Postcard, only one business per category appears.
Solo mailings cost too much to test
Splitting an oversized card across up to 16 businesses keeps a single spot from $249.
No time to design and print
Ad design is free, you approve the proof, and we print and mail it.
How Community Postcards Works
The Community Postcard is our main product. It is a 6.5 x 12 inch full-color glossy postcard shared by up to 16 local businesses. We mail it by USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) to 2,500 homes per edition, on carrier routes chosen for single-family, owner-occupied homes.
Think of it as a co-op mailer, with one big difference: only one business per category goes on each card. One roofer. One dentist. One landscaper. When a homeowner reads the card, they see your offer without a competitor sitting right next to it.
What makes a shared postcard work
Splitting one card between local businesses keeps the cost down. You get a spot on an oversized, glossy piece of mail for a fraction of what a solo mailing costs, and the card is big enough to stand out from letters and bills. Because EDDM is saturation mail, it reaches every address on the routes we pick. There is no list to buy.
The routes matter. We build each edition from carrier routes made up mostly of owner-occupied homes. Those are the people who hire roofers and plumbers, book dental cleanings and look for a good mechanic. You can read more about that in our guide on how postcard mail routes are chosen.
What you send, what we do
You send three things: your logo, your offer and your contact details. Professional ad design is free. We lay out your ad, add a QR code and a trackable offer if you want them, and send you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. Then we handle printing and mailing.
Payment is due at reservation, by card or ACH. Spots are first come, first served and are not held without payment. The current edition is Draper, and Sandy and Cottonwood Heights each have their own edition with their own open categories. Contact us for the next mail date and open categories.
Common problems we solve
“My competitor is always on the same mailer.” Coupon packs and shared mailers often take every business that pays. We hold one spot per category, so your category is yours on that card.
“I don’t have time to design an ad.” You don’t need to. Send your logo and offer, and we do the rest.
“I can’t tell if print advertising works.” Every ad can include a QR code and an offer that only appears on the postcard. Scans and offer redemptions show you what the card brought in. Our guide on tracking postcard ads walks through a simple system.
“Solo mailings cost too much.” Sharing the card with up to 15 other local businesses keeps the price at $249 for a single spot. If you do want a card of your own, look at solo Direct Mail and EDDM.
Who it’s for
The Community Postcard fits local, owner-operated businesses that serve homeowners in Draper, Sandy and Cottonwood Heights: roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, painters, remodelers, cleaners, pest control, tree services, auto repair shops, dentists, chiropractors, med spas, salons, gyms, real estate and insurance agents, restaurants, child care and pet groomers. Not sure it fits? Read is a shared postcard right for your business.

Postcards FAQs
How many homes get the postcard?
2,500 homes per edition. We mail it by USPS Every Door Direct Mail on routes chosen for single-family, owner-occupied homes. Each city edition has its own routes, and we can tell you which neighborhoods are on the next mailing when you call.
Will my competitor be on the same card?
No. There is only one business per category on every Community Postcard. If you hold the plumbing spot, no other plumber can buy an ad on that card. That is the main reason owners choose a shared card over coupon packs that put three competitors on the same page.
Do I need my own design?
No. Professional ad design is included free with every spot. You send your logo, your offer and your contact details, we design the ad and send you a proof, and nothing prints until you approve it. If you already have artwork, we can work from it.
What size is the postcard?
6.5 x 12 inches, full color and glossy, shared by up to 16 local businesses.
How much does a spot cost?
A single spot is $249, a double spot is $449, the 3-run pack (same spot in 3 mailings) is $649 and the back panel anchor spot is $1,200. Design, printing and mailing are included.
How do I pay?
By card or ACH when you reserve. Spots are first come, first served and are not held without payment.
When does the next card mail?
Contact us for the next mail date and open categories. The current edition is Draper, and Sandy and Cottonwood Heights have their own editions.
Can I track results?
Yes. Each ad can carry a QR code and a unique offer, so you can see scans and know which calls came from the card. Asking every caller where they heard about you helps too.
What do I need to send you?
Just your logo, your offer and your contact details. We handle design, printing and mailing.
What if I want a postcard of my own instead?
Look at our solo Direct Mail and EDDM service. We plan routes, design, print and mail a postcard just for your business, priced by quote.
